Jackie is one of the first people you will see when you come to Dr. Nichols’ office. She will greet you and your family and make you feel as comfortable as possible. As Dr. Nichols’ receptionist, Jackie will be sure to keep you on track with your routine cleanings and exams. With over 20 years of office experience, she is happy to process your insurance claims, schedule your appointments and answer any questions. She lives in the country and is married with two kids.



When you come to Dr. Nichols’ office, Tracy is the person you see to have your teeth cleaned. She has been a Dental Hygienist since 2000. In 2006, she was certified to administer and monitor local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Tracy has been in the dental field now for over 10 years. Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, she was a Dental Assistant. When you come to see her for your routine cleanings, Tracy can help you with your home care and make recommendations for your continued dental health. She and her husband, Tom, have lived in Gates now for almost 10 years. They have two children: Sammantha and Jacob. Tracy likes to spend time with her family and friends, and when she has free time, she likes to go country line dancing. Tracy looks forward to seeing each of you for your routine cleanings!


Stacie has been in the dental field since 1999. Her first nine years were as a licensed Certified Dental Assistant for a general practice and endodontic office. In 2009, she completed her hygienist courses at MCC. As a hygienist, Stacie enjoys helping patients achieve their brightest smiles and looks forward to meeting you. She lives in Shortsville with her son, Devon. They enjoy gardening and Boy Scouts, where Stacie is pleased to be one of his Scout Leaders. With what free time she does have, Stacie enjoys dancing, bluegrass music and trying to train her dog, Buddy.
